We are unable to take one night bookings at weekends.
- Check-in times are between 4pm – 6pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Children welcome over 10 years old in their own room.
- We have facilities for drying any wet weather gear or muddy boots. We understand bikes are expensive and can provide secure storage.
- The Old Vicarage is a completely non-smoking establishment.
- Unfortunately we are unable to take pets.

What we can do for you

We can take care of your restaurant reservations, we have facilities for drying outdoor wear, bike storage and wash down, offer picnics and celebration treats. Just ask for more details.
 

 

 
 
 


Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The deposit may be made by credit or debit card. Payment will be taken at the end of your stay. If a personal cheque is preferred the cost of the first night of the stay will be required.

 

For Toftly View Bed and Breakfast
In the event of a guest cancelling their stay and the room not being re-let the following charges will apply.


- Guests cancelling within 28 days of the start of their visit will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost.

- Guests cancelling within 14 days will incur a fee of 75% of the total cost.
- Guests cancelling within 48 hours will incur a fee of 90% of the total cost
- Any email cancellation must be confirmed by us to ensure it has been received.


We do advise guests to consider appropriate insurance.
